| I've found an excellent link for a proper how-to on wiring a Two speed Taurus (3.8L*) Fan in conjunction with a Volvo 850 relay (Credit to Woody here, only with a Taurus Fan/Shroud).

Another thing to note. Apparently not all Taurus SHO fans are 2-speed. This has me confused, as it is common knowledge people are using the sho 2-speed fans, but they are apparently only found on the 3.8L Taurus (NON-SHO) Engines... I have found a local '94 3.2L sho parts car, and I offered to pick up the e-fan. Now I am unsure if the 3.2L is a 2-speed or not. Quite a bit of conflicting data I have found on this setup! So be warned!
Another thing to note, is the DCControl Taurus Fan relay, which looks great, and easy to modulate. For another option to the Volvo fan
